Gr mail to buyer

Hi

I maintained all settings for MLGR output type

& also am getting mail to buyer in sap inbox. But in that inbox am getting text only what I maintained in condition record for that MLGR output type.

Am not getting PO no, mat no, qty, vendor, date & etc…..

For getting all those things what should I do in settings?

How can I maintain details in execution parameters screen at the time of maintaining condition record with MN21N
