State Unemployment form HR_F_WLIST_TX Missing SSNs and Employee's Names

After the implementation of year-end support packs for 2017, our SUI Employee Wages Report form no longer displays the employee's name and SSN.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

We're having a problem like this. In our case, it's the TEMSE file for electronic reporting for Washington State for SUI: employee names and SSNs are missing.

Hi Nancy,

As you may have noticed from my comment, we too were experiencing this issue. However, it appears the fix is available via Note 2527085 (TR: SUI forms reporting blank employee information when using CE).
