OB52 is in diplay mode.

For Ob52 trasation user maintance is allowed.

But is coming in display mode for all users in QAS.

In PRD we can able to maintain data directly.

IN QAS and PRD client settings seems same.

Please let me know which setting require to allow user maintanence.
