Internal error for correspondence (TRM)

Hi

Have set up the new correspondence engine for Treasury, but keep getting this error when trying to generate the confirmations:

"Deal data is inconsistent for company code xxxx, deal number xxxxxx"

"Job already started"

"Internal error for correspondence for company code xxxx; transaction xxx"

We have followed the new implementation guide from SAP, but still get the error.
