How to save su53 dump in local file

Hi,

When i am trying to send my su53 dump through the following path..it showing that this option as greyed(not able to save)

suggest me how to save and send this local file for authorizations

system->list--->save--->local file.

You have to switch to text mode by pressing button "Text View" and then System>List>Send will be available.

Dear sayee

Try with this suggestion.

Once gone into SU53 screen where the details will be displayed, select "System --> List --> Send".

Now it will take you to a screen where you have to enter your basis team mail id at the bottom screen under the tab "Recipient" and press "Shift+F8".

Now the authorisation details will be passed on to your basis team.

Then you have to sit with basis team only. Also you can do one thing. Instead of trying to save the file, why dont you try with screen shot??

Use Print screen key of your key board and the Ctrl+V where ever u want to paste it.
