Is there a concept of Remote Catalog in SAP Cloud Platform?

Hi,

I am trying to get the apps from an on-premise system and a Hybris Marketing system. We have a concept called Remote Catalog to view/edit/delete catalogs and tiles of a remote system from an abap frontend server. Similarly i want to view/edit/delete the catalogs and tiles of a remote system from SCP. I need to access the catalogs and tiles and add it to the cloud portal. Is it even possible. If it is possible how do i do that?
