hi gurus,

i have a requriment here is this............

I raised an order for 100 Qty and delivered 80 materials 20 is open,So when i raise an order for the same material for 50 Quantity,I need to get POP up box saying that 20 qTY IS OPEN.

I know in availablity check this functionlity is available.

but where we can do this.

if not available

But apart from that can i get a pop boxsaying 20 is open..

plz its urgent.

i dont think you get any pop up for open quantities. But keeping in view the stock requirements the system automatically calculates through forward or backward scheduling as the need may be and gives a next availability date for the material. Also to add, it into account the PO's coming in, deliveries on hand, any open PO's etc and also taking into account various lead times.
