2LIS_03_BX Setup brings no records

We have already activated the 2LIS_03_BF and 2LIS_03_UM datasources in RSA5 and the updates are active for both in LBWE. We have also activated 2LIS_03_BX in RSA5. The setup tables for the 2LIS_03_BF datasource went fine. However, the setup(MCNB) of 2LIS_03_BX did not. We've run it with every possible combination of criteria and also wide open and every time it tells us "No Stock Information for your selection criteria". We've gone step by step through the "How to handle inventory scenarios...." PDF and looked at all the appropriate notes. We are on ECC 6.0.

Any ideas why I'm not getting any information?
