Portal usage reports with out custom coding ??

Hi

We are looking for the following reports. We are on Nw2004s SP13 now.

1) Who logged into the system (History, not necessarily realtime)..slightly possible

2) What did they run

3) When was the last time the user logged into the portal

I have tried portal activity report template but could not get them..You guys have any solution for my problem with out custom coding?
