Hi!

I have succcessfully set up SMD.

Unfortunately I can see any data under the E2E Workload tabs.

The job E2E_EXTRACTOR_CONTROLLER runs and retrieves the data for the solution.

Has some one exprerience how to proceed?

P.S. I have SAP Solution Manager 4.0 SP 13

Thank you very much

regards

Thom

Hello,

I had the same issue. Note 1107821 was the solution

Did anyone come up with a solution to this? I am having a similar problem with our dual stack systems not reporting any data. In fact, the E2E Exceptions Analysis shows data for the ABAP stack only. The Java tab shows no data. On other hand, the E2E Workload Analysis shows no data for either ABAP or JAVA. The Overview tab just shows empty graphs.

Has anyone run into this? (SM4.0, SPS13)

Hi!

In RZ21, in the topology area, click on 'system overview', and check if your managed system and the related RFC connection is maintained there.

Also check if there is something wrong with the READ RFC (outdated password or something like that).

Please, let me know if it helps, because I'm also checking it.

Regards!

Fermín.

If you did update your kernel, did you also install the latest IGS on your system? I also always forget that when I extract SAPEXE + SAPEXEDB to a different directory and rename it...

Hi!

Which files do you mean? Can you give me the names of them please?

Do you mean it (the version of IGS) could be the reason for the missing data within E2E Workload?

Thank you!

the (packed) filename is IGS.SAR - it will extract to

Hi Markus!

These files were there. I also downloaded the newest SAR file (Patch 11) from Service Marketplace.

Do you have other ideas how to identify the error?

Thank you!

Hi Thom,

You miss data in the overview or also in the Details tabs?

If this is only in the overview SAP Note 1032461, may help you.

Best Regards,

Frederic

What do you think: make it perhaps sence to patch SOLMAN to SP 14?
