SAP Analysis for Office - Save Workbook to SAP BW Menu Role

Hi Experts, We are trying to provide access to end users to save SAP-AFO Workbooks onto a BI Menu Role. The end-user role has the following authorizations, yet we are not able to save a workbook onto a BI Menu Role.

Error Message : "No authorization to create role entry"

Authorization in end-user role :

Analysis Office: Authority Object - S_RS_AO

Activity 01, 02, 03, 16; Analysis Client Technical Name *

Analysis Client Object Type 00, 02; Owner (Person Responsible) for *

Authorizations: Role Check S_USER_AGR

Activity 01, 02, 03, 06; Role - <BI Menu Role Name>

Transaction Code Check at Transaction Start S_TCODE

Transaction Code RAAOE

Hi,

If any Authorizations issues in Analysis office, it will also replicate in SU53(Missing Authorizations) in the backed system. Please check and provide missing authorization/s.

In my case, the User was missing

Authorization object: S_USER_TCD

Authorization field: TCD

Authorization Value: RAAOE

Once it's assigned the issue Resolved.

Would you please ask your BW admin to perform an STAUTHTRACE on the BW backend with the affected user? That should show what authorizations are missing

Additionally, which version/SP of Analysis Office are you using, and BW version?
