I have already done, it shows "There is no data for the selection", and in MMREO050 still shows "MARC: production order exists"

Goto COOIS and insert the material number AND IMPORTANT make sure you set the flag 'with deletion flag' in area options.
Maybe you have production orders with deletion flag (DLFL)
