Hi All,
We have a strange issue where BP is not displaying even if it has a valuation.I could see the BP valuation in Valuation strategy but BP is not displaying in Worklist. I have checked the data as well, whether data has been transferred to Collection management or not and i could see the data in table UDM_COLL_ITEM but not able to find in UDM_WL_ITEM.
Also i have generated work list(UDM_GENWL)multiple times but still no data exists in worklist.
Did anyone faced this kind of issue.
Please provide your valuable inputs.

There are several reason why this could be happening.
Start with UDM_STRATEGY and do a valuation simulation for your BP: Are valuation points granted? Is there a Collection Strategy Rule to prevent an Item from getting to the Worklist? Example, may be a Rule: "Successful contact within the Last N number of Days"?
Check for any Exit Rules in the Strategy.
Go to UDM_SUPERVISOR and call the Process Receivables screen for any BP. Use the option to switch to the Process Receivables screen of another BP -the BP in question in this case.
Check if any contact (with successful result of contact) has been performed within the interval defined in the valuation Rule for successful contact.
Check if any Resubmission has been registered for the BP. Has the flag "No Contact until Resubmission" be set? If so, check the Resubmission Date.
