SAP C4C studio OVS outport parameter binding

Hi All,

I have created an Custom OVS on the bussiness object Customer to return the relationship node of given Customer ID.(internalID)

The OVS works fine.

On selection of an item from the list, I need the OVS to return me the selected Rel. Business Partnet ID and not the Customer ID.

I have set a outport parameter in the CustomOVS as this.

I also tried to set a INport in the calling screen, as this. I doubt this is right, because the outport PTP is different and somehow this doesn't work.

Please support how to solve this issue.

Hello Gayathri,

As the Customer is also a BusinessPartner it may be by chnace that you selected the wrong one.

Can you show us a list of the available elements?

I understand you as the returned ID is of the CustomerID and not of the RelationshipBusinessPartnerID.

Is this correct?

Yes, I expect the return ID as RelationshipBusinessPartnerID, but I only get the CustomerID.

Eventhough, i configure the outport as i needed, this doesn't work.
