SAP GUI 7.1 and Excel 2003

Hello fellow SAP gurus,

We're currently testing the SAP GUI 7.1 and BI 7 connection.

We have managed to connect to the BI 7 successfully after installing the following patches.

Excel 2003 patches

1) Office SP3 patch

2) Interop patch - O2003PIA

3) Office patch - office2003-KB907417-FullFile-ENU

SAP Patches

1) bi710sp01

2) bi710sp02

3) bi710sp03

4) gui710_5

We found a problem with SAP Gui 7.1 when activating the Excel in the ALV screen of R/3. The cells and worksheets are all blank. The data from the ALV output is not transfered to Excel. We're using Excel 2003 and R/3 4.6C.

Do you have similar problems? Points will be awarded for working solution. Thanks in advance,
