Not able to create JCo using j2ee_admin 500 server error

Experts,

When I try to Create and Maintain JCo using J2EE_Admin,I am getting 500 Internal Server Error, Contact your System Administrator.

1. No Clue when checked in defaultTrace file under e:\usr\sap\<SID>\JCxx\j2ee\cluster\server0\log\defaultTrace.trc

2. I could see the correct entry under service file:

3.I could see the below entry in the trace file:

###Exception Listener will be invoked on a client connection.

All subsequent calls to the JMS provider in the same connection will end with exceptions.

The application code must establish new JMS connection by reconnecting.

#1#JMS primary node is down! Please recreate all used jms resources.#

4.Let me know any other trace files needs to be checked?
