Hi Amr,

the SAP Activate Framework provides you a walk-through of the configuration steps of SAP S/4HANA.

ByD provides you with its own embedded guided procedure that guides you through all scoping steps and questions of your implementation- and change projects. ByD implementation activities are derived from the scope of your solution (or the scope of your change project) and prepared for execution in 5 phases: prepare, fine-tune, integrate and extend, test and go-live. All activities are sorted according their recommended execution and dependencies are displayed and verified. Furthermore you can add optional activities to your project scope and assign activities to members of your implementation project.

Best regards,
Knut

Hi Knut!

Thanks for your reply, but I'd like to follow up on some things. Now, as you said ByDesign's methodology features the 5 phases you listed in your reply above. However, in the ByDesign Wiki it's SAP Launch, with its phases Prepare, Realize, Verify, and Launch. So which is it, the 5 you listed or the 4 in the wiki? If you can elaborate on this, i'll greatly appreciate it. Also, if you have any links to the accelerators, workshops, and templates of the 5 phases you listed.

Thank you!

Amr

Hi Amr,

above I referred to the SAP ByDesign business configuration process. The ByD Wiki page "SAP Launch" refers to the implementation methodology which is rather a kind of project management guide for cloud implementation projects.

Best regards,
Knut
