Not getting IRJ PORTAL using End-User

Hi Experts,

We have recently upgraded our Portal system from NW7.02 to NW7.4 SP17. After successful completion of upgrade, we are able to login NWA, IRJ PORTAL, NWA/AUTH applications using ADMINISTRATOR user. But not able to login in IRJ PORTAL with any other user.

Can you please help me on this.

    Regarding your issue, if possible can you please attach the screenshot when accessing the portal with end user, to check what you are getting

    Are you getting the blank screen?

    Is the Portal runtime exception thrown ?

    In addition to that, you can check below KBA(s) it might help you

    1786917 - Cannot open irj/portal application after upgrade

    1687867 - Portal Runtime Error when accessing Portal

    Since the issue is seen after the upgrade make sure the set of java and portal components are on same SP level(s)
