We use CRM 5.0 and the IC Web Client to create service ticket. Sometimes during the creation of a service ticket a popup occurs asking us for password.
This doesn't happen very often and last time it happened half way through creating a service ticket. When this happened the user just pressed No and ST stayed up and looked normal.
This pop up has come up before for many people and sometimes it is 8hrs but other times appear at only 2 hours after login to the WebIC. (WebIC is integrated within the Portal).
The popup looks like:

Password: #empty
Yes / No
Do you have any ideas on how to solve/investigate this issue?
