This system rejects all logons using SSO tickets exception

Hi,

We came across a peculiar problem in portal with SSO logon.

when we are trying to access any screen in portal that requires jco connections for example employee search in ESS it is giving This system rejects all logons using SSO tickets exception .

so we thought that it is a problem with SSo certificate .but we created a system alias and accessing that system using logon ticket method and it is working fine.

Still we thought of reimporting the certificate to the backend from portal and vice-versa and we did that and still portal is not working and we followed the below thread

so my doubt is why SSO is working for system alias and not working for JCO connections

please let me know the solution and points will be rewarded for helpful answer
