Hi Experts ,

We have interface with ARIBA and message processing is working fine. but we are receiving attached error in PI log a

I have gone through multiple blogs but no luck for that error. I have checked PI system as well as ARIBA system and both are working absolutely fine.

Any clue will be great help.

Error Received in PI :

An error occurred when sending the document to Ariba Network Error: [[Code]: ERR204 [Description]: Send cXML to ASN Failed (Temporary Error) [Message]: An temporary error occurs when performing outbound transaction: [XXX_cXML_Receiver] [Request Name/Type] InvoiceCopyRequest/CopyRequest [Request URL] https://service-2.ariba.com/service/transaction/cxml.asp [TimeStamp/PayloadID] null/null [Response Status Code] 500 [Response Status Text] Internal Server Error [Response Status Desc] Error:null Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-80000000000000001119756661 for more details] causes a XIAdapterException and can be retried

Hello Nitheesh,

You can try to Delete the CA certificate from TrustedCAs keystore view and import it again.

The issue is now resolved . It was a data issue .

Please elaborate what was the data issue and where, what needs to be changed, as I am also facing similar issue.
