Prompt window is not displayed when executing a webi document

I have included an prompt in the date field, so that the user can select by date when executing the report. I have marked the option "Update when opening" in the properties of the document, and when I run the report the prompt window does not appear, because it can be? What configuration may be missing ?. However, I have created a new document, with a query to the same universe, and the same request and when I execute this document, if the prompt window appears. It is a problem that only happens in a specific document, not in all.

What is your BO version?If your version is BI 4.2 SP02 then it's a defetc.

are you referring "refresh on open" in document properties?

check in the BO CMC->Application->Web Intelligence application->Properties->uncheck the option if this is checked "Disable Automatic Refresh on Open for all documents" security right"
