Status of change number

Hello,

Is there any way to relate "Status w/o status number" with "Status of change number"?

We want to link the status of the change number (1 -active, 2 - inactive) with the statuses that we have created in the Profile, so that when we change this status, the status of change number will automatically change.

Is it possible to do that?
