IoT Message Management Service Unavailable (temporarily down for maintenance)

Hi Experts,

Since a week I am trying to access the MMS service of the IoT cockpit. On clicking the tile for Send and View messages it opens a link that says:
No server is available to handle this request, or the application iotmms$user$trial.hanatrial.ondemand.com is temporarily down for maintenance. Excuse us for the inconvenience.
If i try to re-deploy it, it only reaches the start phase and then times out.

Please suggest how to get MMS service deployed and working.

Hello Unnati,

there currently some issues with the shared HANA DB on Trial. IoT MMS is affected, since it cannot be started successfully without underlying data source. Technicians are informed. I will give an update in the similar thread [1] once it is fixed. As a workaround, you may create a MDC HANA or MaxDB Database/Schema and bind it manually to the IoT MMS

Hello Anton Levin,

In order to bind MDC HANA or MaxDB Database/Schema with IOT MMS manually , I believe we need IOT MMS to be up and running in our Java Application .

Please correct me if I am wrong here

No, you need to restart iotmms after re-binding the data source.

I was able to re-bind it now .

Also , any tentative dates by when HANA DB trial issue will be fixed ?
