BEx RRI not working for user

I have a BEx query with an RRI that passes values to a 2nd query to give more detail on that selection. This functionality works fine and has been checked & tested (this report has been in Production for some time). Both queries are in WAD templates, so the RRI is pointing at a template rather than a query.

However, for one user only the RRI does not transfer the values correctly so that when the secondary query is launched the data shows values for a specific selection, but not what they had clicked on.

The main query has calendar weeks in rows and then task in columns. The user selects a week they want to and then uses the 'go-to' option to jump to the secondary query.

Can anybody think of a reason why one user only would just get the same result each time, no matter which week they select? Because the web template is fairly locked down, they shouldn't have the option to save variants or anything like that. I'm thinking maybe some sort of cache needs clearing?

    Has the user clicked on personalization by mistake ? Did you also rule out authorization ?

    You could ask the user the run the target WAD directly to see how it appears.

    Hi all,

    one of our user is unable to run RRI, he is not getting goto for the second report all settings are done correctly and he is facing problem for 1 report only.

    Another RRI report, he is able to execute successfully.
