Different price for same service tagged with 2 different characteristic of single material

I have a scenario where single service item should get different prices when tagged with 2 different characteristics of a material in a sales order

Exapmple

we have a service: A

and Product: Z with 2 characteristics X and Y

if a sales order is created for material Z with X characteristic

service item should get say 100 dollar price

and when a sales order is created for material Z with Y characteristic

same service should get 50 dollar price

How can we achieve this in SAP
