MRP run in consignment stock

hello.

how do I run (tcode) MRP in customer consignment stocks? I have stocks in customer location but when I create delivery it says 0 stocks available. My availability check is '02'.

let me know how to do.

If I run MD02, this is only at plant level? and does not include stocks and orders in consignment....

Dear Deriada

When you are creating issue delivery and system says "0 stock available", please do the following exercise.

Go to MMBE and note down the "Cust.Consignment" stock.

Go to MB51, give the material code and movement type 631, 632 & 633 and execute, so that the system will take you to a screen wherein various material documents will be displayed. Select "*Detail List" on top or press CntrlShiftF12*".

Now you can see the despatch details made from plant to warehouse, reverse entry if any and pull out details from warehouse to end customer. All you have to do is total 631 quantity less 632. You will arrive at some quantity. Subtract 633 quantity from this. This should be your MMBE quantity.

If this is not tally, then there seems to be some error in your issue order creation. Check for each proforma, you have created ONLY one issue order. At times, if you created multiple issue orders against one proforma, then in that case also, you will face the above problem.
