Hi Geoffroy,

You need access to the data definition or open a window with the catalog?

First I wanted to access the table BBP_WS_ENTITY_V with the function module RFC_READ_TABLE, but it get no results.

If you look up the table BBP_WS_ENTITY_V in SE16, you'll see the "web service ID" and the description of the catalogues defined in SPRO.

How can I access these data via a function module?

I hope my question is more precise now.

Hi,

Please check the Function Module WSI_*. For example, WSI_GETLIST, WSI_CUSTOMIZING_READ, WSI_ENTITY_READ.

I tried the functional modules which begin with WSI_* and there is just one which is usefull annd where I get half of the data I need.

I have the "web service ID", but not the description (Description for a Web Service) I have defined in SPRO > Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Master Data > Define External Web Services

Any idea how to accomplish this?

Hi again

have you tried WSI_TEXT_READ?

Yes, I've tried. When I enter the "web service ID" (as defined in SPRO), I get the message "Exception NOT_FOUND".

This FM seems not to be very helpful, since I need to look up all available catalogues on the system, for example with a * or something similar to WSI_GETLIST.

Hi Geoffroy,

Have you tried from a customer function module, I mean I think that in SE37 is transforming your ID catalog to uppercase. An alternative could you use with a Catalog ID all in UPPERCASE??

Try and let me know

Hi,

Jorge is right : WSI_TEXT_READ is working if you fill in with upper case catalogID and correct language.

Besides, WSI_CUSTOMIZING_READ is giving you parameters as well as catalog name too !

Kind regards,

Yann
