LSO - Unable to do Participant and Course Followup

Hello All,

We are using SAP LSO 600 and at the moment we are only tracking 'Class Room Training'. I have been able to do all Training Administration activities, except for the course followup. I have made customising settings for follow up and I have set participation follow up from the backend for delivery method 'Classroom Training'. However on exiting that customising node, I get the message 'Followup Participation process missing'. And in R/3, when I try to do the followup, the system obviously doesnt let me do a followup of trainees/participants. I am unable to transfer qualifications as well. Can some one help?

Thanks,

Uthra KJ

    Dear Uthra!

I have set the following in my customizing table for general follow-up actions:

1 Classroom Training B Back End A Confirm Participation

1 Classroom Training B Back End B Rate Participation

1 Classroom Training B Back End D Follow Up Participation (with Proficiency Change)

1 Classroom Training S System I Follow Up Course

all of these must be activated!

Please keep me on the loop with the results!

    Best regards,

    Zsolt

      Hi Uthra,

I have a requirement where the Follow-Up Participation Screen needs to be enhanced with an Additional Field called SCORE. On enhancing the Customer Include in HRPAD025 the Field appears on the screen. Now my Problem is how to make it editable. Do we have to configure it in SPRO(If so what are the steps to be followed) or is it that it can be done using implicit enhancement?

Any Input on this will be of great help to me.

      Thanks for your time
