receiving in batch

Dear Sir,

We do the goods receipt without using batch system. In 9.1, SAP B1 provides good receipt with batch system. It is very useful in FIFO. But we want to know, if someone has used this facility and tell us the incovenients.

Hi Kennedy,

We received 3 containers of goods. The 3 containers contains the same item with different expired dates and different prices. When receiving, we want to receive as batch 1 for container 1, batch 2 for container 2, and batch 3 for container 3 with their expired date and price. How to do in SAP B1 9.0 ?

If you have tried using this batch system, what are the incovenients?
