Hi experts,

I have to configure for the automatic generation of TOs for GR.

I done

1.Activities->Transfers->Define mvt-types-for 101

Automatic TO - A

2.LE-WM Interface->for 101mvt type - flag the 'Immed.TO in BG'.

3.maintain the searching sto.bin strategy.

4.While doing GR, Flag the Imme.TO .

5.Run the 'RLAUTA10' report in SE38.

but no TOs generated.

Can any one tell any thing missing to generate TOs in BG..?

Can u elaborate how to view the System generated TOs,

because I have to Confim them.

I can able to do it in foreground.

Done the TR ('X') and mark 'A' in the interface table, still not working.

some more inputs pls.

Hi,

If you have settings at;

1. Movt. type level

2. Storage Type level

After creating the indicator 'A', u need to choose the indicator in Movement type '101'.

and at St. Type level also, you need to do the same.

To see the TOs, go to LT22 for open TOs, becoz, u won't able to see the TOs when u run LT06 or LT04.

Hi Aktar,

I am experiencing more or less the same problem. When we make the usage decision for a Quality Inspection Lot (Movement Type 321) it should create automatically the Transfer Order and make the posting change in WM because we have costumized the system to behave like that but it is not working and we do not know why. The weird thing is that in Test Environment it is working correctly and we have checked several times the custo and there are no differences between the environments...

Do you have any suggestion?

but my requirement is generated the TOs aumatically in BG.

so what are standard settings pls.

Hi Rahim,

you need to decide if you want

a) to create a TO from a TR by a background job or

b) create a TO immediately after TR creation (without job).

So for a) it is enough to create a TR. For b) you should create a TR ('X') and mark 'A' in the interface table.

If still no TO is created, you have a problem in the search for the bin. Try to create it manual first in foreground from the TR and see what the error is. If you are sure it works in foreground, test it again.

Hi,

For 101 movement type, you don't have to change the configuration, as a standard, whenever you do GR with 101 movt. type, it will generate the TR from the material document.

From TR you need to create TO with LT04 or

From Mat.Doc. you can use LT06 to create TO.

Then you confirm TO with LT12.

The settings you have shown in your message its to generate the TO in background automatically. So, when you post GR, it will generate TO automatically.

If your requirement is different....let me know.
