TRAVEL ADVANCE

Hi All

Client want that the account person should have a authorisation in T.Code PR03 that he can reduce the amount of travel advance what the emplyee has demanded in trip

e.g if employee wants travel advance of Rs 5,000 but account person want to sanction only Rs 3,000 then how this can be done on T.Code PR03
