Hi experts.
Im trying to send Customers from C4C to S/4 using HCI as middleware.
The conectivity is already working, I can send Contact Persons and Potential Customers from C4C to S/4. But I have two main problems:
1.-When I try to create a Customer in C4C, I get the next errors in S4 (I see this in SRT_UTIL transacction):
Enter a value for field BZIRK
Enter a value for field KALKS
Enter a value for field KONDA
Tax indicator for country MX and tax category MWST is missing
Customer number was not filled during external number assignment
Mandatory functions not yet fully maintained
Mandatory partner function SP is missing for sales area ANOR 10 CO
Mandatory partner function BP is missing for sales area ANOR 10 CO
Mandatory partner function PY is missing for sales area ANOR 10 CO
Mandatory partner function SH is missing for sales area ANOR 10 CO
As you can see, the problem is about missing fields. I tried to add those fields in C4C but they don´t exist. The final result: The customer is not created in S/4.
2.- When I create a Contact Person in C4C and I send it to S/4, the range number (dependent of BP Grouping ), the ID number of my Contact Person takes the standard range number of the BP Grouping: 0001. And I need it takes BP Grouping: CNTA. So, is there a way to make this selection in C4C? Final result: My Contact Person has an incorrect number ID in S/4.
Best Regards.
Hi César,
The messages indicate errors in the configuration on the S4H side. If you are using standard C4C-S4H integration, we recommend that you create an incident for the integration component with access to your S4H system.
Thanks.
