Dear All !
I want to transfer Hours to Days in subtype of Infotype 2010, I tried to change the characteristics of Wage type but payroll start giving error. I tried to control that Via Processing Class 22. but it doesnt work.
Actuall I need some entry in Days in 2010. Can any one guide me how to take input in Days in 2010
Regards
Syed
Hi Baddar
You want to enter the conversion from hours to days in a specific subtype of 2010 or you want a generalized solution for each and every subtype of 2010.
I have looked for a custom include in PA2010 to extend 2010 but it was not available.
One solution could be to create a customized infotype which is a exact copy of 2010 along with an extra feature of a day.
Other solution can be to create a custom table with hours converted into days from infotype 2010 and this table will be updated from modification of infotype 2010 code. and the time schema can read the values from that custom table.
Let me look for a BADI or User Exit for infotype 2010. but I would like to see anyone posting a solution from functional side.

Hi Baddar
Probably this badi implementation
PT_ABS_ATT_COUNTRY Free Determination of Payroll Hours and Payroll Days may address your problem.
Or this one
TIM00ATTABSCOUNTING Multiplication of Payroll Hours and Payroll Days
but in my opinion the first one is more relevant. You can view their documentation in SE18.

Hi Syed,
I just found this post. Actually I have the same problem with X935 * **** NO HOURS error.
I have entered new constatnts in t510j for different modifiers. The wagetypes are defined in days.
I also modified the schema to accomodate the new calculation rule.
When I process payroll I get the X935 error. You said you changed the XEINCH to WTUNT in the X935.
Where is this change made? Perhaps that would solve my issue too.
Thanks,
Monika.
