crystal report freezing after refresh

hi,

I have faced some issue with refreshing the reports made in SAP Crystalreports for Enterprise. the issue appears when I use BI Launchpad to run the reports.

I can run the report first time but when I try to push the refresh button to refresh

the report with new prompt , the report just freezing and nothing happened and everytime I need to refresh browser page and restart the report to run the report with new data.

**The refreshing works well before for this reports but now I don't know what is the reason?

please is there any solution??

the version of BO is:

SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 5 Patch 2
