Retrofit in SolMan 7.2

We have upgraded SOLMAN from 7.1 to 7.2. Currently we are on SolMan 7.2 SP05.

ChaRm is functioning good. But, when we are testing retrofit functionality. we are facing an error. Error is as below:

"No Transport of Copies Assigned to Request for retrofit"

Our SolMan Sandbox is on 7.2 SP05 and managed system being Solman development on SolMan 7.1 SP14.

Retrofit system is again SolMan Sandbox system. Domain controller has been set up between solman sand box(retrofit system) and Managed system on which ChaRm is being tested.

Attached is the error screen shot fetched from SG1 transaction code.

Please guide me accordingly.

Please do search before posting a question. Not sure if you did but if you did already search, it would be good to mention what you have looked for, what you tried, what didn't work etc.
