Error when running a standard BPC COPY data-manager package

When I run a standard BPC COPY package I got this error intermittently.

Can someone explain me what it means and why I got this.

It happen often when I ran 6-7 COPY in the same time with huge volume each (10 millions records).

We are on :

BPC NW 10

BW 7.31
