Sizing on SAP

Hello Experts,

Need some help on sizing. Can you tell me how do size sap server i.e. using quick sizer tool...but then how do you determing no. of concurrent users. Need your help...

Before Installation how we are calculating memory,hardware,i/o in an implementation project.
