HRBEN0001 Issue in Automatic Offers

Hello Experts,

Requesting help on resolving a query in HRBEN0001.

I have two employees Say EmpA and EmpB. Both belong to same Employee Group and SubGroup (even PersArea and PersSubArea are same).

Now when I run HRBEN0001 for EmpA, I see (in possible offers) a list of plans that include New Hire and Automatic Offer (I dont know what is the connection). When I double click on Automatic Offer, I do see Savings Plan being displayed. But when I do the Same for EmpB, I dont see Savings Plan in Automatic Offer. Though I see it in NewHire for both the pernrs.

Why is the system showing savings plan for one employee and not for the other? What should I be doing so that the system displays the same for both the employees? Both the employees should have savings plan.

Please help resolving this query.

    Does both employee have same 1st and 2nd grouping in IT171?

      YES - Both employees have 1st and 2nd Program in IT171.

    Hi Harris, different adjustment reason/offers different plans. They are all configured separately.

    There is 4 different types of offer

    1-Open enrollment -IMG Benefit->flexible administration-> Define administrative parameter

    2-Adjustement reasons (IT0378) - IMG Benefit->flexible administration->Adjustment reasons

    3-Automatic offer

    4-Default offer

    last 2 are configured in IMG Benefit->flexible administration->Standard selection (there you can decide if a plan is set a default or Automatic

    Hi Hariss, the error list is only displayed if there is actual error, so it will mean that there is no error. Sorry I dont have more idea on what the issue is, you may need to open an incident with SAP.
