How to write if else conditions in IVR

Hi ,

My requirement is When customer enters the house number it calls the ECC webservice and then again it searches the house number in the system ,if house number has multiple premises then again it should ask customer to enter the Apartmenet number to find the exact data and create notification in CRM .

My confusion is how to write the multiple input conditions in IVR .

As per below screenshot house_num is entered by customer and then it calls the webservice when it finds multiple premises then again it should ask to customer to enter the apartment number but dont know how to achive this requirement . Could you please help?
