2 Corporate Templates for the same channel

I´m trying to set up our German Service Organization. We receive questions in German and English in that Channel (one email address). So I want to add the legal disclaimer in the corporate template (to be on the save side).

The Service Agent then should switch the channel when creating his answer to use the correct corporate template with the embedded legal disclaimer. Unfortunately it does not work. I only get the first entry whatever I choose.

    Found my answer: the selection is made based on the email address. So this is not doable in this way.

    To make this happen, a new email address for each set up needs to be created
