How can I refresh through the button "Content refresh"chapters that are linked with Excel

I have chapters that are linked through the "Datasources" to an external Excel. When I'm inside the file, I can refresh through the button "Workbook", but when I try to refresh the file from the outside "Content refresh" button, it does not refresh me. I know that it is possible to refresh from the outside only what is connected to the "SAP BW", or the "Disclosure Management Server" . Is there another way to connect all chapters from outside, than to enter each chapter and refresh within the file?

No, I am afraid that is not possible within the product.

In the web UI, these are the prerequisites for content refresh:

1. The content must be linked to an SAP BW system, SAP ERP system or to a Disclosure Management Server.

2. The Disclosure Management client config-file must be uploaded to the server

3. The chapter must be checked in

It is possible that you can achieve this via API calls, but that would require some custom development at your side.
