Hello Masaya,

Hope you've mentioned the correct details for SAP router at customer and SAP side in transaction OSS1.

Thanks.

Best Regards,

Anita

Hi Former Member,

How about you try the alternative for this in RFC SAPNET_RFC. I think this will also give you error message. Is your saprouter running?? If running, then what is the saprouter running command you are using?? As per your issue, it almost looking like if you telnet your Public IP to the port 3299, it would not happen successfully. The 3299 is the Port/Service for your company saprouter service. Give the details of what you see under OSS1 -> Parameter(File Menu Path) -> Technical settings. Also inside the saprouter, provide what you see inside the SAProutab file. What is the OS you are using for SAProuter, because recently it was recommended to use a 64-Bit system from SAPLabs for saprouter system in your company??

Thanks,

Kaushik
