how download the excel-report with user variables from SAP BW and attach it to an e-mail

I need download a excel-report with user variables from SAP BW, attach it to an e-mail and send e-mail to corporate user automatically.

I think I should open the report, save it to the internal directory SAP and already from there insert the report in an email, but I'm not sure..

But i do not know how can I download the excel-report from sap bw. is there a method, or a functional method for this?

If you are working with BEx analyzer workbooks, you can save them on your local desktop drive and send them as an E-mail attachment. When the recipient opens the files in BEx Analyzer tool, it can be refreshed and updated like any other BEx workbook.
