Hello,
we are currently using Contact Center 7.0.9 on premise, where we connect to gateways or SIP trunks through VPN tunnels. Now we would like to connect to a SIP trunk, which operates on a public IP (setera.fi). Our current VUs cannot be used, as the RTP traffic is not NAT'ed. Can anybody point me into the right direction, how to design the system for this? E.g. which ekstra VU's should be used?
