hierarchy selection in web report BI 7.0

Hi,

BI 7.0, Service pack SAPKW70015.

I have a PLAN Query with a filter hierarchy Node variable on 0CostCenter and costcenter hierarchy is attached. so its a hierarchy selection.

When i execute this query in Bex Analyser (workbook) , i dont have any issues.

But i developed a web Report using the same above PLAN BEx Query.

and when i execute the web report, in the costcenter hierarchy node variable when i select a costcenter hierarchy node, it is displayed like this e.g. 10000020910000 where the first 4 chars is controlling area and when i hit the execute button, it throws an erros saying " NO SID maintained for the costcenter value 1000/1000002091".

As you see it is automatically converting the costcenter value from 10000020910000 to 1000/1000002091 which is a wrong costcenter value.

any body faced this issue, please share.

Did Rondolphe's recommendation help. I'm running into the same issue.

We had something very similar after we implement STS 13 (that contains SP 15).

The solution consist in implementing the following patches:

BIWEBAPP13P_4-10003476.SCA Patch for BI WEB APPLICATIONS 7.00 SP13

and

BIBASES13P_4-10003477.SCA Patch for for BI BASE SERVICES 7.00 SP13
