Screen Resolution issue in Byd

We have a new punch out external catalog implemented in our ByD system.so while navigating from shopping cart and catalog selection ,it opens in a small window with distorted resolution ,Is there a possibilty to change and set the resolution withing configuration for pop ups.

I understand you are facing some resolution issue. But when I tried to check the same in our internal tenant was not able to see any resolution issue.

Is it possible to provide steps and screen shot of the window where you are facing the issue. Also are you facing the same in HTMl5 and Silverlight clients?
