I hope you can help. We just went live and have urgent questions that need asnwers so our payroll team can produce an accurate IDOC.
1. Our production system will not let us maintain IT1610 on either the job nor position. We can maintain the other infotypes (ie. 1005 planned comp, work attributes, etc). Is this a bug? Is there a work around I can do? We have just gone live and a few assocates are giving us grief when it comes to time because the exempt indicator needs to be maintained to the correct value. We need to run our first payroll on the live system and this is preventing us from moving forward with accurate files.
2. Our client requires EEO/AAP codes be on the position not job. What problems may this cause when generating the report. Actually they have in the past submited reports all line, can they still do this with SAP? We only need to provide them the breakdown and counts etc. Must we do all the steps to produce a report to supply this or any suggestions from the gurus?
3. Why can we not maintain IT1610 in production when we can maintain all the other infotypes via PO13? We have positions created in production without 1610. When we try to add these to the positions we get the msg system is not modifiable.
