What are the rights given to a user to create, schedule and add users to a publication in SAP BO?

What are the rights given to a user or an access level in order to create, schedule and add users to a publication?

For specific Publication rights follow these steps.

Right click on the user folder->Add principle->Assign security->Advance->Add/remove rights->Content->Publication and grant below highlighted rights.

To see the all users list in the Publication->Enterprise recipients follow these steps.

goto the user groups->Top Level security->Add principle->Assign security->assign view on demand right.

Thanks for the answer. But I am not able to see the Content when I open the Assign security--> Add/remove rights.

Also could you help with what rights to be given for the user so that he can see the NEW tab to create a publication.

are to doing these steps on Report folder in CMC?

other option you can try to edit the access level and in contents->publication include the rights and later assign custom access level to user on report folder.

Schedule ACL , it is pre built Access level in the Business Objects. You can use that. Or if you want to customize, take that as sample, modify it. Most of the rights are self explanatory.
