Attachments counter in datasources

Hi C4C gurus,

in datasources I cannot find fields related to attachments. For example I need a report that counts the number of customers with a specific attachment type. An other example is a report for attachments in visits and surveys (at question level): in this case we have the new "attachments" facet but for us is important to have the same informations in a report.

Hi Michele,

I hope you are having a good day, I have performed some research in our standard characteristics documentation for the Cloud for Customer system.

Accordingly to our documentation, in the current system release, a specific field which works as a counter for the attachments in visits and surveys is not available.

I searched in our SAP Influence Portal for the C4C product and I could find that you already created a requirement for this field to be delivered in a Standard SAP Data Source in future releases, which is the requirement ID 137982.

This is currently the most recommended approach when it comes to new features and enhancements requirements in the system.

In order to help, I already voted in your requirement at SAP Influence Portal.
